**1. Job** **PURPOSE**:
The Accounts Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing various accounting and taxation activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

**2. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage GST filing return and month-end reconciliation with books and ECL.
- Handle TDS 24q & 26Q filing return and month-end reconciliation with books.
- Supervise financial statements/reporting, ensuring accurate and timely closure of accounting activities.
- Lead year-end financial statements and statutory audit completion within timelines.
- Ensure timely payments and filing of periodic returns for direct and indirect taxes (TDS & GST).
- Manage regulatory reporting and compliances of Banks monthly.
- Coordinate with Bank for Stock Audit, Valuation & Monthly submission of various statements to Banks.
- Independently handle general accounting, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and vendor reconciliations.
- Compile documents for statutory filings and liaise with banks.
- Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel.

**3. COMMUNICATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS**:
**Internal**:

- Interact with the finance team, including junior accountants and bookkeeping personnel.
- Collaborate with other departments for necessary financial information.

**External**:

- Communicate with banks for stock audit, valuation, and various statements.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.

**4. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB**

**Education**

Mcom, Bcom, CA - Drop-out

**Experience**
- 2 to 4 years of experience in accounting.

**Skills**
- Good working knowledge of MS-Office.
- Well-versed with accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliances.
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently with minimum support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
