**Responsibilities**:
The Female Office Coordinator and Executive Assistant to MD will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office and providing support to the Managing Director. The primary responsibilities include:

- **Assist Filing Team**:

- Support the filing team in organizing and managing documents efficiently.
- Ensure proper documentation procedures are followed.
- **Client Communication**:

- Answer calls and respond to queries from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information and assistance as required.
- **Document Processing**:

- Fulfill all necessary documents required for processing tasks promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with different teams to gather required information.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director's office.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- **Benefits Administration**:

- Oversee and manage employee benefits, including leave encashment and sick time.
- Ensure timely processing of benefit-related documentation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 1 year of total work experience, with specific experience in office management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
