Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Review and edit content produced by our writers, ensuring that it meets our editorial standards, is factually accurate, and adheres to our style guide
- Collaborate with our team of writers to ensure that articles, reports, and other content are completed on time and meet our editorial standards
- Copyedit, proofread, and fact-check content to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Suggest and implement improvements to our editorial process to ensure that we maintain high editorial standards
- Work with the editorial team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas that align with our editorial mission
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on editorial strategy and content development

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in an editorial role, with a focus on copyediting, proofreading, and fact-checking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with writers and other team members
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with AP style and other editorial standards
- Passion for journalism, editorial excellence, and a commitment to accuracy and quality
