**Job summary**:
**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Help Desk phone support of Relay employees for computer or telecom issues.
- Passionate to upgrade technical skill.
- Update and create documentation.
- Recommend, direct, and implement network infrastructure improvements.
- Oversee large projects that require managing the resources of the I.T. department.
- Install appropriate software packages, operating systems, networking components, and
- Assist in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet users
- Provide updates, status, and completion information to manager and/or users.
- Administrator all computer and Coloration systems.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent in English communication
- Critical thinking and attention to detail is a must
- Strong computer skills and have proficiency with Microsoft office work.
- 0-1 year of help desk support.

**Qualifications**:

- Equivalent or a bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Engr./ BCA/ MCA
- Fluent English communication

**Add on**:

- Computer Certificates (i.e., MCSE CCNA)
- O365, Teams, Azure AD Support, Intune
- TCP/IP, DNS, Networking and VPN
- Switch, Router, and firewall support

**Shift timing**:

- **Proper Night Shift**

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
