**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through research, inbound inquiries, and outbound outreach.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- **Sales Engagement**:

- Present product/service offerings effectively, addressing client needs and challenges.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- **Client Meetings & Travel**:

- Attend client meetings as required to strengthen relationships and close deals.
- Be open to traveling to meet clients and participate in industry events or exhibitions.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Develop long-term relationships with clients to maximize retention and upselling opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and act as the main point of contact for inquiries.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and ensure seamless handovers.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and prepare regular sales performance reports.
- **Market Awareness**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to refine sales strategies.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients remotely and in person.
- Goal-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and online communication tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams).
- **Other Requirements**:

- Comfortable making high volumes of calls daily.
- Flexible to attend client meetings and open to travel as needed.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
