**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external communication.
- Assist in pricing and calculation for projects and proposals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with different departments and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Track key project timelines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the MD and various teams within the company.
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in pricing, cost calculation, and financial analysis related to pharmaceutical products.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
