Position Overview:
As a Client Servicing Manager, you will be pivotal in nurturing client relationships, understanding their business objectives, and translating them into actionable strategies that drive success. You will lead a dedicated team, working closely with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless execution of projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities, and devise innovative digital strategies to address their unique needs.
- Lead a team of client servicing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely and successful execution of campaigns, from concept to delivery and analysis.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and performance reviews with clients to communicate progress, results, and upcoming initiatives.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with the creative, technical, and data teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of client projects.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering results-oriented digital strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including [list relevant channels], and their respective roles in achieving client objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
