**Job Description**:
Associate - Enterprise BBusiness Solutions

Contracting Orchestration

Serve as the primary point of contact for Statement of Work (SOW) and Change Orders (CO).

Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders regarding contractual matters.

Authoring and Validating:

- Draft and validate language for SOW and CO documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure contractual documents are legally sound and meet regulatory requirements.

Collaboration with Business, Legal and Finance Stakeholders
- Engage with business and delivery teams to gather necessary inputs for SOWs, ensuring completeness and alignment with organizational guidelines and policies.
- Work in close coordination with legal and finance teams to obtain necessary approvals for SOWs and COs.
- Ensure adherence to legal and financial guidelines during the contracting process.

Understanding of Services and Pricing:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the services offered by the organization (Indegene), pricing structures, and engagement models.

Utilize knowledge to accurately represent services and pricing details in SOW documents.

SOW Tracking:
Tracking of SOWs and Generation of Business Insights:

- Implement a systematic tracking system for SOWs, monitoring progress from draft to signed agreements.
- Analyze contracting data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.

Provide business insights based on contract performance, helping to enhance decision-making processes.

Desired Profile:

- Bachelors’ degree in Commerce/Business Management/ Business law
- Experienced with MS-office
- At least 2 years of experience in contracting or related field.
- Strong understanding of legal and financial principles related to contracting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with pharma or related industries is a plus.
