Job Title: Enterprise Solution Architect
Experience: 10+ years
** Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and communicate the organization's technology strategy and architecture to executive leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Lead the design and development of complex enterprise-level solutions that address business challenges and opportunities.
- Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Make recommendations for technology adoption and integration into the organization's IT landscape.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into architectural solutions.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and data privacy requirements.
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps that align with business objectives and support long-term planning.
- Identify opportunities for simplifying and optimizing the technology stack.
- Evaluate and select technology vendors and partners to support the organization's technology initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts effectively.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- TOGAF certification (The Open Group Architecture Framework)
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
