The responsibilities ofjob are:

- Operation & management of DIAL GIS based web portal "Aitport-i" for its smooth functioning. 2- Optimum utilization of commercial Land & Hangars and maximization of DIAL revenue.

Managing GIS based web portal of (GIA

Data collection and updation ofspatial & non-spatial data of IGIA in the web portal

Smooth functioning of GIS portal

Coordination with GIS service provider team

Ensuring updation of spatial & non-spatial data base

GIS portal training to DIAL users

Preparation and implementation of SOP & AMC documents for proper functioning of portal Ensurin ro r functionin of web ortal

tax calculation of IGI Airport

Interaction with MCD & DCB officials regarding taxation.
- Area identification, area calculation, area classification, preparation of tax calculation, preparation of supporting documents, auto cad mapping, support to legal team for litigation matters and rocessin a ment to res tive authorit

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
Reconciliation ofIGlA Land and collection & superimposition of Khasra numbers on IGIA Land

Interactions with AAI official regarding [GIA land Verifying the fand documents / records of AAI.

Auto cad mapping and preparation of supportive documents for land reconciliation.

Area calculation and verification and comparison with AAI data.

Super-imposition of the Khasra drawing on GIS based web rtal

Maintaining and strengthening relationship with Stakeholders

Providing support to various stakeholders in terms of airport and its related development works and for its proper functioning.

Providing support in processing land and hangar allotments & other airport development works Achieving the revenue target as per AOP and maximization of revenue

Interaction with stakeholders, support in NFA prepantion, site visit, GIS and auto cad mapping support etc.

Providing support in processing land/hangar/space allotments & other airport development works to achieve and maximize the revenue.

External : Interaction with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work

Interaction with government agencies such as AAI, MoCA, BPCL, NI-IAI, MCI), DCB, DJB, DDA, Land Acquisition Collector, etc.

Interaction with stakeholders such as DAFFPL, Geokno India Private Limited, BPCL, IOCL, Airlines, NSOP, etc.

Masters in Alts (Geography)

Slaster in Planning (Urban Planning)

Having 5+ years of experience in Planning & GIS Mapping
