**Key Responsibilities**:
**Go-to-Market Strategy and Positioning**:

- Develop and lead the execution of go-to-market strategies and programs for successful product launches and market penetration.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling product messaging and positioning.

**Sales Enablement and Revenue Generation**:

- Drive the development of sales enablement materials, training programs, and resources to empower the sales team.
- Formulate and implement statewise marketing plans aligned with company growth objectives.

**Market Analysis and Vision**:

- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Establish a clear product vision, set ambitious growth goals, and define key objectives.

**Campaign strategy and launch**
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to promote solutions and engage potential customers.
- Collaborate with the Revenue teams to develop compelling content for digital campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, customer support, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.

**Customer Retention and Product Enhancement**:

- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to drive product differentiation and identify growth opportunities.
- Champion product improvements based on feedback and data-driven insights.

**Product and Business Planning**:

- Collaborate with leadership to shape product and business strategies in alignment with the company's vision.
- Ensure that product initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy.

**Team Management and Development**:

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Drive continuous professional development to ensure the team stays ahead in the rapidly evolving field of growth marketing.

**Requirements**:
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Extensive experience (12+ years) in growth marketing, ecommerce, and product sales, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
- Successful experience in managing and leading high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding growth targets.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and advanced product sales strategies.
