Stipend: 14,000 - 18000 pm

Location: Bengaluru

Roles and Responsibility:
The position is for a customer support executive. This dynamic person would be handling customer queries, complaints.

Requirements.
- Track record of achieving targets
- Strong phone presence and experience in making multiple calls per day
- Excellent convincing skills
- Proficient with MS Office - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Strong listening and presentation skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Qualifications Any Graduate

Job Description To make outgoing calls to customers & keep them informed about new products and services. To try and sell the products and services to people To listen to objections and handle them effectively To enter the details of every interaction in the system researching, locating, and providing information Determines requirements by working with customers Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems. Fulfill requests by clarifying desired Requirements

- Malayalam (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
