**Key points**:

- This is a full-time on-site opportunity, at our Goregaon East office.
- Your job would be to optimise and scale Instagram and Google ads for our brands, bringing in high-quality traffic

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions
- Constantly monitor & analyze the performance of campaigns and optimize them for better results
- Utilize customer data to create targeted campaigns to reach our desired customer base
- Work closely with the content team to ensure a high-quality output of ads based on data and feedback

**Qualifications**
- Proven track record of success in performance marketing, particularly with Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads with at least 2 years of experience
- Ideally a background in performance marketing for an ecom fashion brand, or at least from a relatable product-led industry (Real estate, service business backgrounds not recommended)
- Highly skilled with store data analysis and tracking
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeting along with optimisation
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to collaborate with multiple teams when optimising the whole customer journey
