**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning**:

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand demand forecasts and production requirements.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Manage inventory levels to minimize excess stock and ensure timely availability of materials for production.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accuracy in stock records.
- Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to forecast material requirements and maintain adequate inventory levels.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and streamline production processes.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Liaise with production teams, supervisors, and quality assurance personnel to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Communicate production plans, targets, and priorities effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on production status, performance metrics, and any issues impacting production timelines.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on production performance, including key metrics such as production output, efficiency, and adherence to schedules.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to management to support decision-making and strategic planning.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience (X years) in production planning and control, preferably in the rubber and plastic industry.
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹240,000.00 per year
