**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer demands and capacity.
- Allocate resources efficiently to ensure timely production and minimize downtime.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure material availability.
- Track production progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare and present regular production reports to management.
- Forecast future production requirements based on historical data and trends.
- Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate on implementing solutions.
- Ensure production complies with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with sales and logistics for timely dispatch of customer orders.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Polymer, Rubber, mechanical.
- 2-3 years of experience in production planning or operations management in manufacturing.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Industry-specific experience (e.g., automotive, Polymer industries.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
