As a Reservations/Operations Specialist at Sudarshan Cars, you will play a crucial role in managing reservations, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will encompass handling reservations, coordinating vehicle logistics, and providing support to both customers and internal teams to guarantee a positive rental experience.

Key Responsibilities:
**Reservations Management**:

- Receive and process customer reservations through various channels, including online platforms, phone calls, and in-person inquiries.
- Verify customer information, rental preferences, and payment details to ensure accurate and secure reservations.
- Provide timely and accurate quotes for rental services based on customer needs.

**Customer Service**:

- Assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles based on their preferences, travel plans, and budget.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide clear and detailed information about rental terms, conditions, and additional services.

**Operational Coordination**:

- Coordinate vehicle availability and logistics to meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with the fleet management team to ensure proper maintenance schedules and vehicle readiness.
- Work closely with other departments to streamline operational processes and enhance overall efficiency.

**Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure accurate completion of rental agreements and related documentation.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to maintain compliance.

**Problem Resolution**:

- Handle and resolve issues related to reservations, vehicle availability, and customer concerns.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to address any challenges and prevent recurring issues.

**Reporting**:

- Generate and analyze reports related to reservations, customer feedback, and operational performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvement based on data analysis.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with colleagues in various departments, including customer service, fleet management, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, reservations, or operations roles, preferably within the car rental industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using reservation software and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and geography.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
