Here are some of the day-to-day duties.
- Responsible for leading end to end internal staffing/resource management for allotted accounts which includes planning, identifying, and allocating resources for project.
- Interact with leaders to validate and qualify resource demand from the perspective of skillset, location, cost, and lead time to assess & advise on fulfillment feasibility & any associated risks.
- Managing interaction with resources/employees for explaining projects and setting/managing on role, technology, and domain.
- Coordinate with various departments like recruitment, training, visa, and employee relations for smooth functioning of Workforce Planning Fulfillment Solution Partner activities
- Identifying gaps and determining how to upskill available resources.
- Monitors open demand report and reaches out to leaders who have demand in pending approval, hold or rework as the demand is not being worked on while in this status.
- Update demand start and end dates if changes are made in the timeline for the requirement or manager needs data cleaned up due to changes after demand has been created.
- Monitors past due demand and confirms if a result in loss of revenue.
- Hosts and provides reporting for demand fulfillment and bench calls weekly with individual practice groups to ensure proactive communication and resolution of issues
- Monitors bench forecasts to identify future available capacity and works to place resources before they hit the bench
- Manages ramp down resources prior to coming available to see if they can be reassigned to any upcoming open demand
- Must be detailed oriented and can work independently
- Must be skilled in excel and pivot tables.
- Recruiting Exp is a plus

**Required skills**
- 3-5 years of Workforce Planning experience in IT/ITES
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Competent in using MS-Excel, Powerpoint
- Ability to lead and direct deal review calls

**Shift Timings** - Night Shift.to support in EST timezone ( 5:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST or 6:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST)

**Location** : CHN / BLR / NCR / HYD/ PUN
