**Work Location**: Hyderabad district of Telangana state.

**Key Responsibilities**:The consultant on the role of Cluster Coordinator (CC) will closely coordinate with a given set of 10 Junior Colleges for project implementations, He/she would be weekly visiting each Jr. college to transact sessions with students, organize activities, exposure trips, events to the students, train teachers/lecturers, and will be engaged in meeting with the principal, handholding onsite support for govt. teachers/lecturers and supporting teachers for planning project-based activities for the month. School-based database collection & reporting. CC would be reporting to the Program Manager/ Program Lead in Hyderabad.

**The responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Ensure the program is implemented as per the approved plan and budget in his/her cluster of 10 Jr. Colleges.
- Regular college visits depending upon the program requirements.
- The field monitoring will (include but is not limited to) guiding and anchoring communication with the program stakeholders, preparing the program plan in coordination with the program lead, and providing feedback/updates to the Program lead on programmatic progress and outputs.
- Monitoring and reporting shall involve the monthly collection of and management of data to enhance programmatic and financial output.
- The CC shall coordinate with the concerned Program Lead regularly to ensure program activities are implemented as per the DE Program and will plan, implement, and monitor activities in the field.
- CC will be responsible for documentation which involves preparing reports, compiling case studies/stories from the field, leading the baseline, mid-term, and end-term evaluations, etc. as per program requirements.
- Ensure donor obligations for reporting are met as per the prescribed timelines.
- Maintain professional integrity and ethical conduct of working at all times.
- Any other work assigned by the Project Lead - DE, Andhra Pradesh &Telangana.

**Qualifications and Skills required for the job are**:
1. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance and commerce
2. Knowledge of computer and internet usage.
3. Fluency in spoken and written English
4. Familiarity with local language (Telugu and Urdu/Hindi)
5. Good communication skills
6. Flexible, self-learner, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and an energetic team player
7. Patient enough to work with children
8. Excited about working with children on life skills and Financial Literacy skills
10. Punctuality
