**Responsibilities**:
Conducting engaging and interactive training sessions on UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and tools.

Developing and delivering well-structured training modules that cover various aspects of UI/UX design.

Assisting students in building a strong portfolio by guiding them through real-world design projects.

Mentoring and coaching students to help them develop the necessary skills and creativity required in the UI/UX field.

Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in UI/UX design and incorporating them into the training curriculum.

Providing constructive feedback and evaluation to students to support their growth and improvement.

Collaborating with the curriculum development team to continuously enhance and update the training materials.

Supporting students in their job placement efforts by sharing industry insights, networking opportunities, and job search strategies.

**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, preferably with experience in training or mentoring.

Strong proficiency in UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and industry-standard tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability testing.

Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to students.

Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge with a strong commitment to student success.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, technologies, and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
