- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve and iterate on designs.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for details.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to present and explain design decisions to team members and stakeholders.
- A degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Schedule:
