**Job Title**: Clinical Supervisor (Healthcare BPO)
**Department**: Healthcare BPO
**Salary Range**: 70,000 - 150,000 per month
**Experience Required**: 5 - 10 years
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead and oversee a team of healthcare professionals in our BPO Healthcare division. The Clinical Supervisor will play a critical role in managing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining high service quality, and providing support to team members. This position is ideal for individuals with strong clinical and managerial backgrounds who are passionate about driving quality care in a dynamic BPO environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Supervision & Leadership**:
- Oversee a team of healthcare professionals, including clinicians, case managers, and support staff.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to ensure high-quality patient interactions.
- Foster a positive, productive work environment and encourage professional development.
- **Clinical Oversight**:
- Ensure clinical operations align with healthcare standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Review and monitor case management and patient interactions to ensure quality and compliance.
- Assist in resolving complex cases and support clinical staff with decision-making.
- **Operational Management**:
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and mínimal disruptions.
- Develop and implement processes for monitoring service levels, patient outcomes, and adherence to protocols.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement process improvements.
- **Quality Assurance & Compliance**:
- Maintain strict adherence to healthcare and BPO industry regulations, including HIPAA.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Work with the compliance team to address any regulatory concerns promptly.
- **Client Interaction**:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding clinical operations.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with service quality.
- Address any client concerns related to clinical processes and patient care.
- **Training & Development**:
- Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and current staff to ensure they meet clinical standards.
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and practices to enhance team capabilities.
- Identify and address staff skill gaps through continuous training and development.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Active clinical license (e.g., RN, LCSW) preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in clinical supervision or management within a healthcare setting, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations, compliance, and clinical guidelines (e.g., HIPAA).
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and BPO tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in remote or virtual healthcare settings.
- Familiarity with client relationship management in a BPO environment.
- Proficiency in data analytics for tracking clinical outcomes and improving performance.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
