Position : Service Clerk

Department : Service

Reporting to : Service Incharge/Branch Manager

Location: Pune & Wagholi

Qualification: Graduate/Diploma

Work Experience: Minimum 0- 3 years

**Salary**: Rs 1.4 Lakhs to Rs 1.6 Lakhs CTC

Roles & responsibility:

- Ensure warranty credit reconciled
- Submitting warranty claims to JCB
- Reporting any service developments on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Recording of all Customers call on JCB Care Livelink
- Register ,maintain and fix the calls through JCB Carelink process.
- Maintain and ensure that product problems are addressed within 24 hrs or 48 hrs

and register them on JCB Carelink,Techweb and DBMS
- Updating the customer profile on regular basis

**Requirements**:

- Strong Communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent Analytical/Presentation Skills
- Expert knowledge on Excel & MS Office and SAP software

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
