Position Overview: As a Sales Representative in a logistics aggregator company, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will play a vital role in promoting the company's logistics services and solutions to businesses across various industries. Your goal will be to understand customers' needs, provide effective solutions, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in your assigned territory or market segment. Generate leads, conduct market research, and proactively reach out to prospective customers to promote the company's logistics services.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues they may have. Continuously engage with customers to understand their evolving requirements and provide effective solutions to meet their logistics needs.

Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets by presenting the company's value proposition, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Develop and implement sales strategies, including upselling and cross-selling initiatives, to maximize revenue and market share.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's logistics services, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and supply chain solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position the company's services and address customer requirements.

Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure smooth implementation of customer contracts, resolve any service-related issues, and ensure timely delivery of services. Coordinate with colleagues to optimize sales efforts and share best practices.

Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status using CRM systems. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management, highlighting opportunities, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
