**Job Description**:
Assistant Sales Manager (ASM)

Location : Hissar

Responsible for managing and growing the sales of home appliances within the designated territory. The ASM reports to the Regional Sales Manager and works closely with the sales team, marketing team, and customer service team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities of the ASM Home Appliance in Hissar may include:
Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the designated territory.

Manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and developing staff, and providing ongoing coaching and support to ensure the team's success.

Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and set targets.

Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors to grow sales.

Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop marketing strategies and product offerings.

Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Work closely with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns that arise.

Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager on a regular basis.

Manage budgets and expenses to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
