Job Title: HR Personnel Officer

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Labor Relations Management:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with labor unions (if applicable) and workers on the shop floor.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies to maintain a harmonious working environment.
- Address labor-related issues, grievances, and disputes effectively and in a timely manner.

2. Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Collaborate with department managers to identify labor needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure all new hires complete required training and orientation programs.

3. Employee Benefits and Compensation:

- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist in managing wage and salary administration, ensuring competitive compensation packages for workers.

4. HR Policies and Compliance:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Regularly review and update employee handbooks and manuals.

5. Performance Management:

- Oversee performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Provide guidance to managers on addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.

6. Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

7. Safety and Health Compliance:

- Collaborate with safety teams to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, implement corrective actions, and maintain safety records.

8. Record Keeping and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including attendance, leaves, and employee files.
- Prepare and submit regular HR reports to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on labor and worker management in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong ethical standards and confidentiality.
- Certification in HR management (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
