- Maintaining the Directors virtual calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments and giving them daily reminder and also reallocating them as required in order to get the task completed
- Ensure timely reminders and provide necessary documentation for scheduled events.
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
- Helping prepare for meetings.
- Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives.
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
- Handling memos, reports, invoices, and related documents, including sensitive information.
- Making travel arrangements for executives.
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
- Provide general administrative support also organize and maintain the office filing system
- Screening visitors and deciding if they should be allowed to meet with the executives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
