A Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by engaging directly with clients in their designated territory. This role involves traveling to meet clients, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales deals. The Field Sales Executive will work to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new sales opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential clients through various channels (networking, referrals, cold calling).
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects.

**Client Meetings and Presentations**:

- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients.
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Address client queries and concerns effectively.

**Sales Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing, delivery, and service terms.
- Close sales deals and ensure timely processing of orders.

**Territory Management**:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and client needs.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular sales reports, including activity, pipeline, and forecast reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any domain (preferred but not always required).

**Experience**:

- 0-3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Travel**: Extensive travel within the assigned territory.
- **Hours**: Flexible working hours, often including evenings and weekends to meet clients’ schedules.

**Performance Metrics**:

- Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Client retention and satisfaction rates.
- Timeliness and accuracy of sales reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
