**Marketing & Sales Executive (Hybrid)**

**The Role**

We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing team. You'll play a vital role in driving sales through lead generation, relationship building, and proposal creation. In this hybrid role, you'll split your time between working in our office and remotely.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their IT needs.
- Manage online bidding platforms to secure new projects.
- Draft compelling proposals that highlight our expertise and value proposition.
- Collaborate with the technical team to analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and convert them into paying clients.
- Prepare presentations and demos to effectively showcase our solutions.
- Track and analyze sales data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies (focusing on non-digital aspects).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and potential referral sources (optional).

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT sales or marketing.
- Strong understanding of the IT services industry and current trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Proficient in proposal writing and presentation skills.
- Adept at conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Experience with online bidding platforms a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to exceed targets.

**Benefits**
