Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Satya Vihar

Experience: 1 year above

Office Time: 01:00pm to 10:00pm

Job Summary:
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive outbound calling to potential clients. You will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their digital marketing needs and offering tailored solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
Connect with potential clients to introduce our digital marketing services and solutions.

Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.

Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and pain points to provide relevant solutions.

Collaborate with the team to develop customized proposals and quotes for clients.

Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client needs and market insights.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
