Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Export Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in the ceramic industry. As an Export BDE, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach internationally and driving the growth of our ceramic products in global markets. Your expertise in international trade and business development will be instrumental in achieving our export objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
**Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential international markets for our ceramic products. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to develop effective market entry strategies.
**Client Relationship Building**: Establish and nurture strong relationships with international distributors, retailers, and potential clients. Understand their needs and preferences to tailor our ceramic product offerings to their markets.
**Business Expansion**: Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence in existing international markets and penetrate new markets. Identify and evaluate opportunities for growth and partnership collaborations.
**Negotiations and Deal Closure**: Lead negotiations with international clients, distributors, and partners to secure favorable terms, contracts, and agreements that align with company goals.
**Export Compliance**: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation processes for seamless export operations.
**Sales Targets**: Set ambitious sales targets for international markets and work diligently to achieve or exceed these targets within specified timelines.
**Market Intelligence**: Provide insights on global market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to guide product development and marketing strategies.
**Travel**: Occasionally travel to international markets to attend trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote our ceramic products and establish a strong global presence.
**Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of export operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (2years) in international sales and business development within the ceramic industry or related field.
In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, export procedures, and documentation requirements.
Strong network of contacts within the ceramic industry, including distributors, retailers, and industry stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for growth.
Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
