**Required Experience**:
4+ years of experience in Content Strategy, Curation and Engagement.

**Work Location**:
Gurugram/Gurgaon - Work from the office.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent work experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- ** Strategic Content Planning**:Analyze the needs and preferences of our target audience to curate topics that resonate with them. Identify emerging trends and topics relevant to our target audience and industry. Evaluate the effectiveness of past content and use insights to refine future content strategies.
- ** Content Discovery and Sharing**:Continuously search for high-quality, articles relevant to our audience. Share discovered content on the platform on a daily basis, enhancing its educational value. Incorporate appropriate and relevant hashtags to enhance content searchability and engagement. Encourage subscriptions by strategically using topics and hashtags.
- ** Blog/Article Ownership**:Take ownership of end-to-end content operations, from ideation to distribution. Oversee the management and quality of the blogs, articles, etc. on the platform. Develop an editorial calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of valuable content.
- ** Webinar/Podcast Creation**: Collaborate with stakeholders, industry experts, and potential speakers to develop engaging live talk-shows, webinars, presentations, podcasts, and other content formats. Ensure content is intellectually stimulating and adds value to our audience’s knowledge.
- ** Speaker Profile Management**:Research and identify potential speakers. Collect detailed speaker profiles, including their expertise, achievements, and background information. Collaborate with the college engagement team to ensure that speaker profiles are accurately presented on the platform.
- ** Speaker Engagement**:Initiate and maintain communication with potential speakers to gauge their interest and schedule events based on their availability. Evaluate topics and determine which ones should be offered to speakers on a paid/unpaid basis and negotiate compensation terms with speakers.
- ** Event Facilitation**:Serve as a compelling orator during webinars and presentations, effectively conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences. Ensure content is presented in a clear, concise, and engaging manner. Facilitate conversations with prospective speakers, providing them with necessary information and context.

**What are we looking for in you?**
- ** Experience**: Previous experience in content strategy, creation, or management. Strong analytical skills to assess content performance and audience engagement.
- ** Individual Expertise**: Keen interest in ongoing technology, startup trends & what’s new in the industry in general, across the globe. Strong individual expertise in content production, instructional design, or a related field to bring innovative ideas and enhance the overall quality of our content materials and resources.
- ** Communication & Oratory Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to convey complex ideas with clarity. Proficiency in conducting interviews, probing for insights, and maintaining a conversational flow. Maturity and professionalism in interactions with speakers, team members, and stakeholders.
- ** Project Management Skills**: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- ** Time Management**: Efficiently manage time, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- ** Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with guests, make them feel comfortable, and create an environment conducive to open and insightful conversations.
- ** Technology Proficiency**: Familiarity with technologies across a wide range useful to society, and a keen interest in exploring new technologies, industrial developments, trends & being able to learn & implement them in day-to-day work.
