Shifts: 9:00 am -6:00 pm

Location: Sector 62, Gurugram

Job Type: Work from Office, 6 Days (2nd & 4th Sat Off)


Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and analytical Content Strategist to join our marketing team. This role is essential in developing and executing content strategies that engage our target audience, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, consumer behaviour, and the health and beauty industry.


Key Responsibilities:

- Create and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with the company’s goals and resonate with our audience.

- Write compelling, persuasive ad copy and engaging scripts for video content that clearly communicate our brand message, drive conversions, and generate interest.

- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform content strategy and identify opportunities for differentiation.

- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content, aligning with our brand values and target audience.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy.

- Develop and manage a content calendar that outlines publishing schedules, topics, and campaigns.


Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in content strategy, or a related role, preferably in the health, beauty, or wellness industry.

- Strong writing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Develop compelling ad copy and scripts for video content that effectively communicate our brand message and drive conversions.
