Collaborate with the finance team to propose feasible payment terms based on the customer's situation.

**Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of all communication with customers, including call details, payment agreements, and promised dates of settlement.

**Follow-Up**:Track promised payments and ensure that customers adhere to their commitments.
Initiate follow-up calls to confirm that payments have been made as agreed.
