**What will you own?**
Engage with potential students to explain course benefits and assist students with information related to courses and guide them in the right direction for their educational advancement.
**Experience to bring with you**:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills (both in English and Hindi).
- Good knowledge of sales business.
- Ability to understand learner’s requirements to successfully convert them into admissions.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
**What will you be doing?**
- Manage the entire learner cycle: Prospecting, Counselling, Admission, Orientation and Support.
- Daily outbound calls & follow up calls with prospective learners.
- Categorize leads as per the requirement of the support team.
- Achieve designated enrolment targets from the qualified leads.
- Provide complete details of the:
- Courses available online & benefits
- Payment process
- Course content
- Overall process documentation over mail post calls.
- Coordinate with support functions and get any issues sorted.
- Updating task/activities/ relevant information on CRM platforms.
