As part of this transformation, we are seeking Innovation Analysts who will support the execution of the Innovation agenda for the business covering support to drive Innovation projects, engaging with external and internal stakeholders on Innovation, and enabling the achievement of an Innovation culture across the organization to yield significant business benefits, build our dynamic advantage and help differentiate in the market through tangible execution on innovation.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Work with Business Executives, Product Owners, Product development teams, UX team, and internal stakeholders, in partnership with other UX designers and create, and deliver UX designs that focus on Customer Experience and benefit the business.
- Execute Design workshops to gather design requirements, and create UX design approaches and concepts for various products and services. Take part in the digital transformation of the product by ensuring the best user experience. Empathize user journeys, and user task flows and create wireframes, click-through prototypes, and visual designs, for projects ensuring successful end-end delivery and working in partnership with relevant internal, and external stakeholders.
- Take part in the development of the AXA XL design system as a foundational design source in creating products through proactive engagement with colleagues across the organization leveraging various creative and innovative means.
- Capability to work with multiple project teams across locations, cultures, and time zones.
- Support the Division Lead of Digital User Experience in executing user experience designs and practices aligned with overall business strategy, keeping Customer experience as the focus.
- Collaborate with product teams and non-UX teams in Digital Transformation while designing UX approaches and concepts and coaching them. Support other UX designers through the design process.

In this role, you will report to the Division Lead of Digital User Experience.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
This User Experience Designer role is to execute the digital UX designs to deliver quality products that enhance the customer's experience with the AXA XL brand and facilitate an enjoyable experience for the customers.
- Good experience in executing UX designs through user-centered design practices.
- Experience in gathering and consolidating design requirements, conducting design thinking sessions, and conducting exploratory research.
- Good understanding of the latest trends, design principles and UX best practices.
- Sound visual design skills using digital media, for design presentations and communications.
- Good experience in creating visual design using Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Expertise in creating wireframes and prototypes using FIGMA in collaboration with other UX designers.
- Experience in creating design patterns and components using FIGMA.
- Good understanding of participating and using design systems while executing UX design work.
- Good understanding of Power BI to create a design for dashboards and reports.
- Excellent presentation and communication (oral & written) skills.
- Brings in a collaborative spirit, a can-do attitude, and a Customer First mindset.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human-Centered Design or a relevant discipline, and a passion for designing digital products and services, considering multiple user personas.
- 6 - 10 years of experience in designing for end-users as a UX designer or related roles
