Quantity Surveyor

**Position: Quantity Surveyor - (Post-Contract ) E **xperience in interior will be add on advantage**

**Education: BE / B.Tech (Civil)**

**Experience**:
Experience 5+ years; Preferably worked in Commercial / Residential Building Projects in Real Estate Industry. Contractor / Client QS office based (OR) Cost Consultant Experience will be an added advantage

IT Savvy, Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD / Zwcad, Acrobat, etc

**Location: Delhi Site based**
- Performing detailed quantification as per the approved shop drawings / GFC drawings using P Line / LBD and agree the measurements with the contractor.
- Review and accept the bills submitted by the contractors as per the check list and to be rejected if it is not in line with check list.
- Support SQS on preparation of payment recommendation, variations, cost report, cash flow, tracker, etc.
- Understand and adopt the company's procedures, documentation and relevant standard codes related to measurements and pricing, valuation, and variation check lists
- Plan the tasks well and discuss with team leaders regularly.
- Ensure high quality service delivery on every task in allocated time.
- Ensure compliance with our internal processes and procedures and documentation standards. Understand and adopt the Client / project specific procedures.

- Good skills on excel and word and ability to learn and adapt to customized software
- Reasonable negotiation skills
