**Systra India's Infrastructure design **vertical is the leading design team for metros in India, with 300 plus stations being designed currently. The team has designed over 500 kms of viaduct along with 60 kms of tunnels and 50 underground stations. We are also very proud to have designed the first monopile in India for the Mumbai Coastal project. We have the distinction of designing the fastest implemented metro project in the country with Lucknow and now have broken the record in Kanpur Metro. Apart from Indian projects the team also provides design services to projects as far as Philippines in the east to Columbia in the West.**:
**Main Duties**:

- **Prepare detailed Estimation Based on drawings.**:

- **Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity) based on detailed Estimate**:

- **Preparation of Bar Bending schedules of Civil Structures**:

- **Prepare Rate Analysis of Civil and Architectural Finishes Items in the BOQ**:

- **Prepare Current market rate data base of Construction Materials including Civil and Architectural Materials**:

- **Pricing of Excavations, Concrete, Brick work, Woodwork, Roofing, External Render, Drainage, External works and minor landscaping Work etc.**:

- **Preparation of Unit price per sqmt of total project cost**:

- **Good working knowledge of forms of contract currently used within the Building and Civil Engineering industry**:

- **Good working knowledge of standard Forms of Measurement. SP27, SMM7 and CESMM3**:

- **Good IT skills - particularly Auto Cad, Word and Excel**:

- **Excellent communication skills**:
**Experience**:

- **Bachelors in Civil Engineering, NICMAR (preferred).**:

- **5-10 years of experience**:
