**Job description**

**Proposal Writer **or **Proposal Manager/Bid Manager/Bid Analyst (RFP/RFQ/RFI) - Proposal Writing exp must.**

**Job Type**:Full-time (Monday to Friday - 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM)

**Required Experience**: 2 - 10 Years of experience

We are looking who they know how to write proposals for Donor Agencies like UNDP, World Bank, Government Customers or different countries like UAE, India, and other Middle East Countries.

**HIRING IMMEDIATELY**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following**:

- Formulates proposals by compiling essential information, including project objectives, outcomes, deliverables, proposal schedules, implementation plans, writing assignments for both internal and external resources, methods, staffing details, budget allocations, standards of performance, and evaluation criteria.
- Drafts, revises, and edits proposal content, encompassing executive summaries, conclusions, and organizational credentials.
- Assists in developing pricing schedules for proposals.
- Identifies and clarifies opportunities and needs to determine the proposal concept.
- Reviews and responds to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Ensures adherence to proposal deadlines by establishing priorities, setting target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval.
- Records and monitors tracking data for multiple proposal statuses.
- Coordinates requirements with contributors, provides proposal status information during review meetings, and transmits proposals.
- Initiates and coordinates data calls with teammates and partners.
- Gathers proposal information by identifying sources, coordinating submissions and collections, and communicating associated risks.
- Maintains high-quality results following proposal-writing standards, including readability, consistency, and tone, and utilizes templates.
- Enhances proposal-writing results by evaluating and redesigning processes, approaches, coordination methods, and boilerplate content; implements necessary changes.
- Achieves organizational goals by taking ownership of new and diverse requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Participates in strategy meetings.
- Conducts monthly individual meetings with proposal team personnel to address challenges, improvements, and company updates.
- Provides management with regular updates on proposal submission status.
- Leads debrief assessment meetings to analyse recent wins and losses, developing presentation materials as needed.
- Manages external proposal resources, such as graphic designers and proposal managers.
- Engages in business development meetings with potential partners.
- Contributes to the creation and organization of the past performance library, proposal library, and proof point library.
- Creates compliance matrices/cross-walks to ensure proposal compliance, as required.
- Performs other assigned duties as needed.

**Education/Experience**:

- 2 or more years of experience responding to government proposals.
- 2 or more years of experience in developing and managing proposals.
- Prior experience with Donor agencies.
- Expertise in full cycle proposal/contract writing (RFP release, submittal, and contract award).
- Technical Documentation and Layout Skills are required.

**Desired Skills**:

- Computer and IT Technical Writer preferred.
- Project management training or certification.
- Demonstrated track record of successful **Bid Management of large / medium size** deals.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to manage multiple efforts at one time.
- Must be able to work independently to put together content into a compliant proposal.
- Must be able to create technical content specific to the contract needs.
- Excellent written communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
