**Responsable d'Affaires CVC Marine - H/F**

Rattachée à la Division Spécialités de EQUANS, la Direction AXIMA Marine intervient en conception, réalisation, exploitation et service d’installation HVAC de navires de tous types (navires de croisière, navires militaires, plateformes, frégates, navires de patrouille, porte-avions,) en France et à l’export (Allemagne, Inde, Singapour, Australie,).

**Responsable d’Affaires CVC Marine - Inde (H/F)**

**Vos missions**:
Rattaché au Directeur de notre filiale Axima India, vous prendrez en charge le pilotage et la réalisation de nos projets portés localement (frégates, corvettes, porte-avion, sous-marins, etc.)

A ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Pilotage technique des projets placés sous votre responsabilité:

- Suivi et coordination des études d’exécution (management des équipes d’études qui seront affectées à l’opération, validation des choix techniques, pilotage des consultations des fournisseurs, ),
- Suivi de la production locale (atelier en Inde) et des achats de fourniture sur le marché indien,
- Pilotage et suivi des travaux (participation aux réunions de chantier, suivi du planning, prévision des besoins en compétences, pilotage des indicateurs de suivi,),
- Coordination de la mise en service des installations ;
- Veille au respect des délais, de la qualité et des règles de sécurité ;
- Gestion financière et contractuelle des affaires placées sous votre responsabilité ;
- Gestion de la relation avec nos clients, sous-traitants et fournisseurs aux différentes phases du projet ;
Vous piloterez également différents sujets opérationnels pour notre bureau de Calcutta : gestion financière de l’antenne en appui du management local et management de l’équipe (une dizaine de personnes) notamment.

De formation Ingénieur en Energie ou Bâtiment (Ecole d'Ingénieur ou Master universitaire), vous disposez d'une expérience de 7 ans minimum dans ces domaines.

Vous avez de bonnes compétences techniques et avez de premières expériences en pilotage de projets CVC.

Vous avez de bonnes connaissances juridiques et contractuelles.

Doté d’un bon sens commercial et ayant le goût d’entreprendre, vous avez également de bonnes aptitudes à manager des équipes.

Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et goût pour le terrain seront des atouts essentiels pour mener à bien vos missions.
