**About the Role -**

We are aggressively looking to strengthen our organization by adding the best available talent to our staff. We’re seeking Business Development Professionals to connect with prospective clients in the US and ensure they are provided with the right information to collaborate with TCM.

Role expects your contribution in different forms like generating the leads to closure, research executives, Cold Calling B2B Lead/Appointment generation in the USA market, working with team, operations team and various other departments to facilitate sales closure.

Individuals with experience in supply chain and logistics sector would be a plus.

Sky is the limit for individuals with a passion to achieve aggressive targets.

**Responsibilities -**
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customer’s needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Following up on every potential customer aggressively
- Keeping up with service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing services in the trucking and logistics sector.
- Up-selling services.
- Better, Easier Coordination and Teamwork
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Understanding the prospective client needs
- Approaching the clients, Interaction & Relationship
- Presentation to Prospective client
- Query / Objection handling
- Responsible for Negotiations, Follow-ups and Client Closure.
- Someone who understands the finer nuances of the US geography.
- Demonstrable overachievement of revenue goals.
- Strong sales skills including business justification, negotiation and closing.
- Prospecting and/or new business background.
- Excellent phone communication skills

**Additional Requirements -**
- Job role requires working in US Shifts (6pm to 4am - Mon-Sat)
- Working knowledge of CRM system
- Strong Work Ethics
- Good Listening Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Strong prioritization skills and works with a sense of urgency, ability to know how to operate with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to Multitask
- Data Management skill (MS Office - Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook)
- Willing to commute to Navi Mumbai, (Millennium Business Park, Mahape)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
