Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand market presence in Bhopal.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, including investors, homebuyers, and corporate clients.
- Provide guidance and support to sales team members, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to develop promotional materials and marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the Bhopal real estate market.
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM software.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate sector.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Deep understanding of the Bhopal real estate market, including knowledge of local trends, pricing, and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid real estate license or certification preferred.
How to Apply:
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
