**Needs Assessment**:Conduct thorough interviews with clients to understand their specific needs, preferences, and long-term goals in real estate.
Analyze client criteria to identify suitable properties for viewing.

**Property Showings**:Schedule property showings based on client preferences and availability.
Personally accompany clients to properties and provide detailed information about features, advantages, and potential drawbacks.

**Presentation and Communication**:Effectively communicate the value and unique selling points of each property.
Address client concerns and objections professionally.
Showcase market trends and relevant data to support decision-making.

**Follow-Up**:Implement a structured follow-up process to maintain ongoing communication with clients.
Address any questions or concerns promptly and provide additional information as needed.
Seek feedback after property viewings to refine search criteria.

**Negotiation and Conversion**:Assist clients in negotiating offers and counteroffers.
Work closely with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Facilitate the drafting and signing of purchase agreements or lease agreements.

Schedule:

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
