**Position Overview**:
The Executive Sales Coordinator will provide key support to the sales team by managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication with clients, and coordinating all sales-related activities. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver under pressure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing sales documentation, and updating CRM systems.
- Act as a point of contact between the sales team and clients, ensuring timely follow-up on queries and leads.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and materials for client meetings or internal reviews.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve client issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Track and maintain records of sales performance, including targets, achievements, and forecasts.
- Support in organizing and participating in trade shows, sales events, and customer meetings.
- Assist in developing proposals, contracts, and agreements in collaboration with the sales manager.
- Ensure timely communication and reporting to the sales manager and other senior team members.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or sales support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the energy, manufacturing, or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of basic sales principles and customer service practices.
