**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching**: Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Accounts and Economics to students, ensuring they grasp key concepts and perform well in their exams.
- **Lesson Planning**: Develop and implement effective lesson plans and teaching materials that align with the curriculum.
- **Assessment**: Prepare and evaluate tests, assignments, and exams to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- **Student Support**: Offer additional support to students through one-on-one sessions or group tutorials, addressing their individual learning needs.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment, fostering a culture of learning and respect.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest teaching methods, educational trends, and curriculum changes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of Accounts and Economics concepts.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- **Experience**: Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required. Freshers with a strong academic background and teaching aptitude are welcome.
- **Passion for Teaching**: A genuine passion for teaching and helping students succeed academically.
