Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute lesson plans that meet the curriculum goals and objectives, incorporating effective teaching methodologies and technologies.
- Teach a comprehensive commerce curriculum, including Business Studies, Economics, Maths, and Accountancy, tailored to the requirements of the CBSE board.
- Maintain a stimulating learning environment that promotes enthusiasm for learning and encourages students' academic growth.
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to share progress reports and strategies for student improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends, resources, and CBSE guidelines relevant to commerce education.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings to enhance teaching practices and contribute to the center's success.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Education, or a related field, with a strong academic background in Business Studies, Economics, Maths, and Accountancy.
- Significant teaching experience in the commerce stream, with a thorough understanding of the CBSE curriculum and examination patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging students and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Proficiency in English and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.
- A proactive approach to teaching and the ability to inspire students to achieve their best.
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
