**job description**
- **Financial Planning and Strategy**:Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
Provide financial guidance to support business planning and decision-making.
- **Financial Reporting and Analysis**:Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Present financial performance reports to the executive team and board of directors.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

Develop and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
Collaborate with auditors and regulatory authorities as required.
- **Cash Management and Treasury**:Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs.

Optimize working capital and oversee treasury functions.
Monitor and manage banking relationships and financial instruments.
- **Team Leadership**:Supervise and mentor finance and accounting teams.

Set performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- **Strategic Financial Decision Support**:Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Evaluate investment opportunities and potential business ventures.
Assess the financial impact of proposed projects or initiatives.
- **Tax Planning and Compliance**:Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the organization's tax position.

Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
Collaborate with tax consultants as necessary.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior financial management role, preferably as a Finance Manager or similar.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.

**Salary**: ₹55,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
