**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Campaign Management**:Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
Conduct keyword research and selection to optimize ad targeting.
Develop ad copy and creatives that align with campaign goals.

2. **Budget Management**:Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure cost-effective spending.
Implement strategies to maximize ROI and minimize wasteful ad spend.

3. **Data Analysis**:Regularly analyze and interpret campaign performance data.
Identify trends and insights to make data-driven optimizations.
Generate reports to provide clients or team members with campaign updates and results.

**4. Optimization and Testing**:Continuously A/B test ad creatives and landing pages for improved conversion rates.
Optimize campaign settings, bid strategies, and targeting options.
Implement ad extensions and other features to enhance campaign performance.

**5. Competitive Research**:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' strategies.
Suggest strategies to maintain a competitive advantage in the market.

**6. Adherence to Best Practices**:Ensure compliance with search engine and advertising platform policies.
Stay informed about changes in platform algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.

**7. Communication**:Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC campaigns with overall marketing goals.
Provide regular updates on campaign performance and suggest improvements to clients or team members

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns with a track record of achieving positive ROI.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and various social media advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Knowledge of SEO and its integration with PPC campaigns is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications are a plus.
- Experience with PPC bid management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is preferred.
