**About Company**: Labdhi Manufacturing LLP, an ISO 9001:2015 company managed by Professionals having years of experience in the Steel Industry, supplies Stainless Steel Sheets and Coils, of all the series of 200, 300 and 400 in various finishes like No.4, Hairline. We supply colored stainless steel PVD Sheets. We have offices in Mumbai, Goa and Chennai. Our Stainless-Steel Service Centre is based out of Patalganga, Maharashtra with state-of-the-art N4 polishing line, and cut to length (CTL) line. Llabdhi caters to a vide rage of OEM customers in Elevator, Escalators, refrigeration, FMGS, Construction etc.

**Key responsibilities for the role**:
**Sales Management**: Achieve sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory or market segment. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence in the market.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and requirements. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer issues, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

**Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and assess potential markets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

**Product Knowledge and Presentation**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's steel products, including specifications, features, and benefits. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the products.

**Negotiation and Closing Deals**: Negotiate the terms and conditions of sales agreements to maximize profitability. Close sales deals and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.

**Reporting and Documentation**: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transaction details using CRM software.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and product delivery. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to stay updated with industry trends and company offerings.

**Desired Profile**:
**o** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related field).

**o** Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry.

**o** Strong sales and negotiation skills.

**o** Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. o Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**o** Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.

**o** Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

**o** Proficiency in quality management software, statistical analysis tools, and MS Office. Familiarity with various quality control methodologies and tools (FMEA, SPC, etc.).

**o** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

**o** Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**o** Willingness to travel within the region as and when required.

**Sales Acumen**: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals. Competence in developing and implementing strategic sales plans.

**Presentation and Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting products and solutions to customers. Ability to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

**Problem-Solving and Decision-Making**: Strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs and market challenges. Effective decision-making abilities to navigate complex sales situations and make informed choices.

**Time Management and Organization**: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts and sales activities simultaneously. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and sales targets.

**Adaptability and Resilience**:Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer demands. Resilience to handle rejection and setbacks, maintaining a positive attitude and perseverance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
