As a Customer Success Executive (Non-Voice) at MYDESIGNATION, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' needs are met through non-voice communication channels, providing timely and helpful responses. Fluency in both Hindi and English is crucial for this role.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Address customer concerns, complaints, and issues with empathy and efficiency, striving for a positive resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide solutions to customer queries.
- Adhere to established response time and quality metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in a non-voice customer service role will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

**Salary**: 15,000 to 20,000 K, based on your experience and skill

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
