Responsibilities:
Onboarding Implementation:
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, explaining the steps involved and setting realistic expectations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely implementation of new services or features for clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the onboarding phase, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
Customer Communication:
- Maintain clear and open lines of communication with clients throughout the onboarding process.
- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate and concise information.
- Ensure that clients receive regular updates on the status of their onboarding and migration activities.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Generate regular reports on the progress and outcomes of onboarding activities.
- Identify trends or recurring issues and propose solutions for process improvement.
Migration Support:
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for the migration process.
- Assist clients in understanding the migration process, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a successful transition of data and services during the migration.
Requirements
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
